Perfect training method

Great program

So far so good on the program, I am just about to start week 4. I feel like this program is definitely meant more so to specifics of the military. Meaning that it targets moderate and moderate reps, and a fair focus on muscular endurance. At times I adjust it a little and add a few more sets of heavier weight with much lower reps as I feel that you can lose some of your strength if you don’t cross train using the competitor program add-on or adding some of those rep and set ranges.

My suggestion is to read both workouts of the day before going into your lift, and do what fits your schedule best and then what you feel that you might need the most that day to have a well-rounded week.
